Our goal is to use our platform as an organization to highlight all issues associated with disparities amongst the children population. We aim to do things WITH the child and not FOR them.

About Us

iCL was established to help obtain resources for children who are underserved, as well as intervene in cases where children feel hopeless.  In addition, iCL offers enrichment programs such as after school activities, therapeutic services, and a referral office to help ensure long term efficiency of our preventative and intervention methods. Although iCL is all inclusive, its primary focus is on the those living in vulnerable communities

Our Mission

iCan Lead (iCL) aims to empower the community, with an emphasis on children (ages 5 – 18). iCL ensures to highlight empowerment, the dignity and worth of a person, and the importance of human relationships. iCL helps to guide children to lead and help them connect with their families and communities based on their strengths and preferred learning style. A child would be able to advocate and LEAD not only for themselves and their community, but also throughout life. This results to a child becoming self-sufficient, living happier and healthier lives.

iCan Lead envisions a healthy society that promotes leadership from a child in every aspect of their lives. We hope to live in a world where a child voice isn’t being silenced due to the long-term effect it has. We believe a child CAN lead and reach their given potential. Our purpose is instilling resilience and breaking the stereotype that others hold on members of marginalized culture groups.
